Ludmila is a lecturer and consultant in the area of IT governance with more than twenty years of experience in the field and experience mainly from custom software development and IT service management. Its customers include both Czech and foreign companies in many fields, especially telecommunications, finance and pharmacy. She graduated from Information Technology and holds international certifications EXIN DevOps Master, DASA DevOps Fundamentals, ITILv3 Expert, ITILv4 Foundation, PRINCE2, COBIT2019, IT4IT and SixSigma BlackBelt.
Ludmila is a DevOps certified lecturer according to the DASA standard and since 2017 she leads workshops in organizations that are introducing or considering the implementation of DevOps. He focuses mainly on cultural aspects of DevOps and in this area he cooperates with a team of organizational psychologists to develop approaches for the implementation of agile management and DevOps.
