Projects and traditional organizational structures in IT departments are no longer sufficient. Therefore we turn with hope to product-oriented approaches. For example, DevOps brings the concept of “cross-functional/product-oriented” teams, which solve the shortcomings of traditional organizational structures. Will these DevOps teams perform better than traditional IT teams? The goal of this presentation is to explain in simple terms how DevOps teams work from an organizational perspective and to give listeners space to think about whether DevOps teams can be a solution for their organizations as well.
