Paul has been involved in the IT industry for more than 40 years. For the last 19 years, up until February 2022 as Business Development Director at GamingWorks, helping organizations adopt IT management related best practices and translate theory into practice through the use of Business simulation games. The simulation games have been used globally through a partner network to help support and enable individual, team and organizational behavior change initiatives, focusing on ‚Attitude, Behavior, Culture‘.
Currently Paul is retired, he is a self professed ‚Pointy-fingered-grumpy-old-man-in IT‘ and an ambassador for ‚The Shiny New Thing that Really helps‘ – writing blogs and articles and sharing 40 years worth of ‚how NOT to adopt best practices‘ in a series of global presentations.
